We are seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at South Canterbury DHB. This is a Casual role, offering shifts as and when needed in line with business requirements.
In this position:
- You will be working as part of a team serving food on the trayline.
- Ensuring hygiene and washing dishes.
- You will be ensuring that all requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Assisting with general kitchen and cleaning duties.
You will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. Ideally you will already have some experience working in a commercial kitchen, hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167), and have superior customer service skills. Most importantly, you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
