General Manager - Kildare At Compass Ireland, the leading foodservice and hospitality provider across the island of Ireland, we are seeking a General Manager to join our talented team on a full-time (40 hours) permanent basis, working Monday to Friday. In this pivotal role, you will oversee catering, hospitality, and front of house operations at a corporate site. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the overall contract, ensuring the delivery of exceptional foodservice, seamless workplace hospitality, and a premium front of house experience. You will lead the development, training, and performance management of your team, while also driving commercial success in line with growth and retention targets. Building and maintaining a strong, collaborative client relationship is central to the role, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded across all service lines.
