We're recruiting an experienced Events Coordinator to support the efficient running of our catering and events operations. You’ll work closely with the Catering Management team, ensuring smooth communication, accurate event planning, and exceptional client service. This is a full-time role, contracted to 40 hours per week, offering the opportunity to grow within a company that values creativity, teamwork, and excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing event proposals, bookings, and communication across departments
  • Creating and distributing clear event sheets and finalising accurate billing
  • Responding to client inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Managing catering systems such as Catertrax, Reclass, and the event booking website
  • Supporting the financial procedures of the unit and understanding event-related costs
  • Attending client meetings and providing creative suggestions that align with space and service capabilities
  • Ensuring exceptional delivery of the Client Food Program through collaboration and attention to detail
  • Supporting the wider catering team and contributing to a positive, fun and effective working environment
