As a Digital Coordinator, you will support and enhance the organisation’s digital and marketing presence across a portfolio of corporate catering sites. This role combines digital content management, marketing coordination, data analysis, and operational support to ensure consistent, engaging, and data-driven communications across the business.
Working closely with site teams, operational managers, clients, and external partners, you will help deliver high-quality digital and marketing output while using data insights to improve performance, engagement, and customer experience. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), based on-site in Dublin 1.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and update digital and marketing platforms including websites, apps, digital menu boards, email communications, and internal systems.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activity across multiple sites.
- Support planning, delivery, and reporting of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Analyse operational, sales, marketing, and customer engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards with clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor KPIs including sales, footfall, engagement, campaign performance, and platform usage.
- Ensure all digital and marketing content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with client requirements.
- Support site teams with digital and marketing tools, systems, and processes.
- Create and manage engaging digital content including menus, promotions, and customer communications.
- Act as first point of contact for digital and marketing queries, troubleshooting issues across sites.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital, marketing, and operational areas.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company governance standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external partners.
Our ideal Digital Coordinator will:
- Have experience in a digital, marketing, data, or coordination role (hospitality, catering, retail, or multi-site environment preferred).
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
- Be confident using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, or email marketing platforms.
- Have a good understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign coordination.
- Exhibit strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Be comfortable working with digital tools and reporting systems.
