We're recruiting an experienced Administrator who is friendly, adaptable and can confidently manage general administrative duties for Northern Ireland on a part‑time basis, contracted to 24 hours per week. You'll be responsible for ensuring our offices run smoothly and efficiently and will be given every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.

  • Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
  • Attending meetings and taking notes

  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Answering email queries, usually through a central inbox
