The Role

We are looking for a Training and Knowledge Transfer Specialist to join our organisation as part of a business‑wide operating model and technology transformation programme. Reporting to the Training and Knowledge Transfer Lead, you will play a key role in equipping colleagues across the childcare sector with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in a new way of working. From delivering interactive training sessions and developing practical learning materials, to supporting knowledge sharing and building internal capability, this is a chance to make a real impact on how our people deliver care and support. We’re looking for someone with excellent facilitation skills, the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible guidance, and experience in delivering training within large‑scale change or technology programme. Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of a comprehensive training strategy aligned to the transformation programme
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge assets tailored for different staff groups
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing activities, both in‑person and virtually
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to capture and transfer critical business and technical knowledge
- Provide feedback to the Training and Knowledge Transfer Lead on adoption challenges and learning needs identified during delivery
- Support the monitoring of training completion rates, knowledge transfer effectiveness, and overall staff readiness
- Contribute to the creation of a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organisation
- Assist in the development of 'train‑the‑trainer' approaches to build local training capability across business units
