About The Role

Compass Community is a leading Therapeutic provider, dedicated to improving the wellbeing of young people through the provision of high quality, individualised therapeutic support. As we expand our services, we are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the service and your organisational skills and enthusiasm will be key to ensuring seamless delivery.

You will:

  • Assist in the coordination of therapy for young people
  • Maintain records and documentation to facilitate the smooth operation of the service
  • Complete regular compliance checks to ensure the accuracy of trackers and sufficient recordings on company databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team including monitoring of shared email inboxes, updating spreadsheets, updating databases, organising events and producing minutes
  • Be a strong team player and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have an ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload whilst remaining calm and professional.
  • Be able to work remotely but will be expected to attend your local office for a minimum of one day per week.

Previous administrative experience is required for this role.
