The Role

Are you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and helping people adapt to change? We are looking for a Training and Knowledge Transfer Specialist to join our organisation as part of a business‑wide operating model and technology transformation programme. Reporting to the Training and Knowledge Transfer Lead, you will play a key role in equipping colleagues across the childcare sector with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in a new way of working. We’re looking for someone with excellent facilitation skills, the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible guidance, and experience in delivering training within large‑scale change or technology programmes. We value passion for learning, adaptability, and strong communication skills. In return, you’ll join a supportive team driving meaningful transformation, with opportunities to contribute to lasting positive change in the way we work and support children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of a comprehensive training strategy aligned to the transformation programme
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge assets tailored for different staff groups
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing activities, both in‑person and virtually

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering training and knowledge transfer within a business transformation or technology change context
  • Experience working in the childcare, education, or social care sector is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record of developing training content and delivering effective knowledge‑sharing activities
  • Familiarity with change management principles and their application in training delivery
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and project teams within large‑scale programmes

Why Join Compass Community?

This role offers the chance to shape the quality assurance approach for a significant transformation programme, while directly contributing to better outcomes in the childcare sector.
