Just finished your degree? We are looking for talented and passionate Software Engineers to join our Graduate Program 2025 intake. Our Graduate Program is about bringing passionate individuals together to create software that shapes the future of education. We will provide you with a solid foundation to take your first steps into your career. Every step of the way, we’ll support you through a combination of structured training, informal on-the-job learning, regular check-ins, and inspiring mentors.

At Compass, you will:

  • Create - Work with our talented team to build beautiful user experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.NET, React and more on our flagship platform.
  • Invent - Prototype new features and designs, then build, test, and ship them in our products.
  • Improve - Work to increase the modularity and quality of our architecture, reducing duplication and improving developer efficiency.
  • Learn - Work with, and assist in driving the implementation of new technologies which help us build great products. Start your professional career with confidence - learn beyond code with our goal-oriented workshops and personal branding and the tricks of the trade with lunch & learn sessions.
  • Contribute - Autonomously develop ideas for new features and identify areas for improvement. Suggest solutions that are unique and brilliant.

What you’ll need to succeed: At Compass, we are always on the lookout for individuals who are able to bring a high level of energy and a positive and can-do attitude to our company. If you are someone who is passionate about coding and loves keeping up to date with new technologies - then this program is for you. You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you’ll have a solid foundation in key areas, including:

  • Familiarity with C# and .NET frameworks, and experience with React and/or working knowledge of JavaScript for building interactive user interfaces.
  • An understanding of relational databases and the ability to write basic SQL queries to retrieve or manipulate data.
  • Exposure to source control systems (like Git), and basic experience with debugging, versioning, and general software development workflows.
