- Excellent written communication and document presentation skills
- High attention to detail, with the ability to handle distressing or sensitive information professionally
- Ability to commute to Teesside HQ as required, especially during induction period
- Comfortable working independently and flexibly β this role is hybrid with options to suit school hours or other commitments
- Experience working in NHS or social care settings
- Familiarity with patient management systems
- Audit or compliance monitoring experience
This is more than just a back-office compliance role β itβs a vital part of a respected organisation delivering real impact across mental health services. The company is known for its values-driven culture, excellent staff support, and clear commitment to data protection and patient rights. Youβll have the opportunity to shape this function from day one, with the support of a collaborative team and the flexibility to fit the role around your life.
