Compass Corporate Services are currently working in partnership with a reputable luxury care provider with homes in Central London and exciting plans to expand their portfolio in the near future. The business provide exceptional personalised care services in beautifully designed environments to individuals across the area.
They are currently seeking a Client Experience Manager to join their team who will oversee the full referral and enquiry process, whilst consistently encouraging external business development to ensure a healthy pipeline of future residents.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue target
- Generate referrals and recommendations through external business development with a focus on Healthcare Professionals
- Foster community relationships to grow and protect local reputation and generate leads
- Plan and execute B2B and B2C events and promotional activities to showcase the exceptional amenities and services offered by our care homes
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential residents and families
- Conduct personalised tours, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into residents
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing residents, their families, and referral sources
- Deliver 100% data integrity on the CRM system by the end of each working day
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyse competitor offerings, and stay informed about industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a whole home approach to sales and a smooth onboarding process for new residents
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyse key performance indicators, and provide insights to the leadership team
- Utilise data-driven approaches to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies
- Represent the care home at relevant industry events and functions
Requirements:
- Experience working with the luxury care sector with a strong understanding of the high net worth individuals residing in the homes
- An organised, proactive, a self-starter, comfortable with technology with a strong ability to prioritise.
- You will be able to demonstrate a solid history of successful sales experience within the luxyry care sector
- Enjoy building and nurturing relationships proactively.
