Compass Community Schools is seeking Teaching Assistants to support children with SEMH and SEND needs in a diverse, trauma-informed environment.

Staff receive extensive training and work closely with teachers to deliver both academic and therapeutic support across classrooms and small groups.

Roles include 1:1 and small group sessions, resource management, and accompanying students on trips while modelling resilience, patience, and a respectful, non-judgemental approach.
