As a Lead and Senior Manager, you will inspire your team, ensuring children in the home receive outstanding care, great role models, and a safe place to call home.

We offer a £5,000 relocation bonus and competitive base salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses (paid quarterly) based on home occupancy and achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted rating.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the residential care team, ensuring high standards of care and support for children.
  • Maintain Ofsted standards and lead improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People Workforce.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • Achieved a "Good" or "Outstanding" grade in recent Ofsted inspections.
