We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and resilient Deputy Manager to support our 5-bed Assessing Healing Complex Trauma home, which is currently home to four incredible young women aged 14 to 16.

The young people we support have experienced significant trauma and adversity.

Some present with complex safeguarding needs, including Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) risks, and require adults who can provide consistency, boundaries, emotional warmth and unwavering belief in their potential.

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Residential Worker looking to take the next step, or an existing Deputy Manager seeking a meaningful leadership opportunity within a highly therapeutic environment.
