Compass Community is seeking a motivated individual to join our Family Finding Placements Team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting and coordinating care packages for children while reviewing referrals from Local Authorities.

You will maintain strong relationships with foster carers and liaise with commercial teams on funding agreements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, a positive attitude, and experience in customer service.
