About Compass Community School
Compass Community School is a small, specialist independent school for primary and secondary students who have already faced a great deal of adversity in their short lives. Our children require very special teachers who are able to manage some complex and challenging behaviours. Our young people require much support, the right sort of communication, consistency and flexibility in equal measure, and a non‑judgemental approach. Person Specification
- Must have UK QTS
- Experienced SEN teachers only, at least 2 years
- Excellent subject knowledge including SEN
- You will need to have a proven track record of delivering high quality lessons
- Passionate, positive & team player required
- Confident & strong classroom management skills
