Here at Compass, we are looking for someone who knows how to make a house a home. We are currently expanding and have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and determined Children’s Home Registered Managers. This opportunity will see you lead and inspire your own team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have outstanding care, great role models and a safe place to call home.

  • £47,500 - £55,000 Basic Salary (with opportunity to earn an additional £18,000 in bonus)
  • Up to £5,000 relocation package if you relocate in order to take this role.
  • 224 hours holiday, gradually increasing to 248 hours after 4 years of working with us.

  • Group Life Assurance Scheme: upon successful completion of your probation review, 3 times your annual salary will be provided to your designated beneficiary, should you die whilst employed at Compass.
