Compass Community School Redwood Park, Milton Keynes is opening a new independent day school for pupils aged 7–19 with SEMH and SEND needs. The school emphasises a trauma- and attachment-informed approach with extensive therapeutic training and support for staff. Our work places the child at the centre of decision-making, bringing together education and therapy professionals, parents/carers, local authority teams and students to secure outstanding outcomes.

We are looking for dedicated teachers who prioritise children over subjects, build professional, nurturing relationships, and motivate students. You will be part of a team developing both the academic curriculum and the extra-curricular offer, contributing your own interests and expertise.

The Role

We require a Teacher with the ability and willingness to teach English and/or Maths to GCSE level. Regardless of the accreditation chosen for the child, we maintain high aspirations for every learner and emphasise the importance of qualifications for life opportunities. Responsibilities
