Compass Community seeks a proactive and reliable School Site Manager to join our team. This role ensures school buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, well-maintained and compliant, creating a secure and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
You will carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance, conduct routine inspections, support health and safety compliance (including fire safety and water hygiene checks), and manage site security, opening/closing procedures and emergency.
