Compass Community is seeking a proactive and reliable Site Manager to join our team at a brand new Compass School in the UK.
The role ensures the building, grounds and facilities are safe, well-maintained and compliant, creating a secure and positive environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
The position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to support evenings, weekends and emergency call-outs as required.
