Compass Fostering is seeking a knowledgeable Supervising Social Worker to join our team.
Your office base will be Syston and you will support a caseload of foster families across Stoke and Staffordshire, with a genuinely flexible hybrid working model, most of the time from home and only occasional office visits for meetings, training and supervision.
The role welcomes experienced social workers and those moving into fostering or newly qualified social workers (ASYE).
