Compass Community is seeking a dedicated Children's Support Worker to provide flexible, compassionate care in our residential homes and specialist schools across multiple sites.

You will help children build confidence, navigate daily routines and participate in education with a therapeutic, safeguarding-focused approach.

Role offers zero hours contracts with opportunities to contribute to a caring team. Travel to Shepherdswell and Dover required; full driving licence desirable.
