Compass Community Schools is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) and additional SEND needs.
You will work with teachers, support 1:1 and small groups, help manage resources, accompany trips, and assist with daily classroom activities.
You will play a key role in safeguarding, observing behaviours, delivering sessions, creating engaging displays and contributing to the school’s extracurricular and academic opportunities.
