We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our successful Worcester office team. The ideal candidate will bring a reflective and creative approach to their practice, working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that the children and young people in our care are supported to reach their full potential. You will work from our Worcester office; however, you may be required to travel within your region for office cover, training and meetings.
You Will:
- Support the organisation in ensuring that the service is run in line with Government Legislation, Regulations and Standards, together with the Inspecting Body.
- Represent Compass Fostering Vision and Values while developing and providing a comprehensive and flexible administration service to all stakeholders.
- Show willingness to understand fostering regulations, child care law and safeguarding issues.
- Be a strong team player and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attend meetings as required and ensure accurate minutes or notes are produced.
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel and show willingness to learn our in-house databases.
- Work under pressure, prioritise workload while remaining calm and professional.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred for this role.
