Compass Community Schools is seeking a Therapeutic Pastoral Lead on a part-time basis (2 days per week) to support pupils with SEMH and related needs. You will work within the leadership team to deliver therapeutic interventions and role‑model best practice in a trauma‑informed approach.
The role includes safeguarding responsibilities, running intervention groups, and contributing to school improvement. Ongoing CPD training (AHCT) and a supportive staff network are provided.
