Compass Community Schools seeks a Therapeutic Pastoral Lead to join our trauma-informed team. Based in our therapeutic school, you will drive holistic support for students, modelling therapeutic interactions and leading intervention groups two days per week.
You will work within the school leadership, co-managed by Regional SENCOs and the Therapeutic Development Manager, promoting safeguarding, CPD through AHCT and ensuring alignment with SEMH education standards.
