Compass Community Schools is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee the safety, maintenance and daily operations of a brand-new school site housed in a refurbished church building. You will ensure facilities are secure, well-maintained and compliant, supporting pupils, staff and visitors.
The role offers 37.5 hours weekly with occasional evenings or weekends, and involves logging works, collaborating with teams, and upholding safeguarding and health & safety standards to create a welcoming environment.
