Compass Community Schools is seeking a High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support children with complex needs in our classrooms. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, delivering targeted activities while managing resources and supervising trips and meals. A strong focus on safeguarding and behaviour management is essential to help promote wellbeing and safety. You will collaborate with teachers and therapy staff to respond to individual student needs, support emotional wellbeing.
