Compass Community Ltd. is seeking a Digital SEND and Finance Business Analyst to support the Digital SEND Programme and financial projects within the Transformation Programme. You will gather, analyse, validate and translate complex business, user, data and financial requirements into clear, actionable solutions, engaging with SEND, Education, Finance, Digital and operational teams. You will assess current processes, design future-state requirements, document controls and reconciliation needs.
