Compass Community Limited is seeking a dedicated Night Time Residential Worker in Wolverhampton to support children and young people in a therapeutic environment. You will help meet their educational, social and personal needs, developing strong, safeguarding-focused relationships with each child.
Full training is provided, including two weeks of classroom-based learning and a week of shadow shifts, plus ongoing reflective practice to improve care quality.
