Compass Community Limited is seeking HLTA staff to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and SEND at our Tipton school.
You will work 1:1 or in small groups, support teachers, manage resources, run sessions and help with therapy activities while building resilience and a non-judgmental approach.
