Compass Community Limited is seeking skilled Teaching Assistants to join our schools. You will support teaching and learning across classes, work 1:1 or in small groups, and help create a safe, engaging learning environment for children with SEMH and SEND.
You’ll manage classroom resources, accompany educational trips, and contribute to therapeutic training and the ongoing development of our pupils' social and academic skills.
