Our flexible shifts are built around your availability, helping you maintain the work‑life balance you need. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, or just a few shifts per week – we work with you to create a pattern that fits.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Is 22 years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
  • Is caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships with others.
  • Has a valid manual driving licence.
  • Has the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Previous experience is not essential for this role. Our Skills to Care induction includes 2 separate weeks of classroom‑based training and a week of shadow shifts to prepare for the new role.

What will I do as a Residential Support Worker?

  • You will help facilitate children’s activities and appointments, supporting them in all aspects of their lives. You will ensure their health and wellbeing, safeguarding them at all times.
  • You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support.
  • You will support the wider team with a range of domestic tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and food shopping.
  • You will create timetables, manage paperwork and write reports.
