Compass Community Schools is seeking a proactive HLTA to support teachers and pupils across our classrooms. You will work 1:1 or in small groups with students with SEMH and SEND, help manage resources, and assist with trips, promoting a safe and engaging learning environment.
You will need to be flexible, resilient and able to adapt to changing needs, with a collaborative approach that underpins our trauma-informed, therapeutic education. DBS checks and safeguarding responsibilities apply.
