Compass Community Schools seeks a Therapeutic Pastoral Lead to join our team. The role focuses on supporting students aged 6–16 through a healing, therapeutic approach and to work within the leadership group, co-managed by Regional SENCOs and the Therapeutic Development Manager.
You will run intervention groups, model therapeutic interactions, and promote staff understanding of AHCT to support students in our care.
