Compass Community Limited is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Pastoral Lead to ensure consistency across AHCT Education settings. You will oversee a team of up to 6 FT or equivalent TPLs, providing virtual supervision and occasional face-to-face visits to schools to support therapeutic development.
You will work systemically with Education Service, travel when required, and lead with empathy, trauma-informed practice and strong communication.
