Compass Community Schools seeks a Speech and Language Therapist to join our Education Team and shape SLT provision across our schools. You will collaborate with SENDCos, therapists and school staff to create communication-supportive environments that promote participation and independence.
You will coach staff, provide practical strategies for AAC, visual supports and other approaches, and help develop the Speech and Language Therapy Champions across campuses.
