Compass Community Limited in Cottingham is seeking a Waking Night Parent & Child Support Worker for a residential Family Assessment Centre. You will support Parent & Child placements, monitor safety, and CCTV overnight, working 40 hours across 7 days (10pm–8am) with flexibility to cover shifts.
The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in Children’s Residential or Social Care, strong safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication with families.
