Compass Community is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with SEMH/SEND. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assist with learning, manage resources, and accompany students on educational trips.
You’ll also engage in creating supportive displays and contribute to a safe, inclusive classroom environment. Applicants should have good English and Maths, strong communication, and resilience to support children with challenging behaviours.
