Salary: £29,808 - £30,342 per annum, depending on experience and level. ~£50 per sleep-in paid on top. ~ Full training with support towards Level 3 or Level 5 qualifications. ~ Generous annual leave plus wellbeing days. ~ Healthcare cashback scheme and pension.
Your responsibilities as Residential Support Worker at Compass:
- Assist young people with daily routines, education and activities.
- Help maintain a safe, structured and supportive home environment.
- Assist with care plans, routines and developmental goals.
- Contribute to shift coordination and support less experienced staff where required.
What we’re looking for in a Residential Support Worker:
- Previous experience in residential childcare or supporting young people.
- Understanding of safeguarding and care planning processes.
- Experience working within structured residential or care environments.
- Willingness to complete relevant childcare qualifications.
