Your responsibilities as Residential Support Worker at Compass:
- Assist young people with daily routines, education and activities.
- Help maintain a safe, structured and supportive home environment.
- Assist with care plans, routines and developmental goals.
- Contribute to shift coordination and support less experienced staff where required.
