Your responsibilities as Deputy Manager at Compass:
- Lead shifts and provide day-to-day guidance to the care team

What we’re looking for in a Deputy Manager:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Previous experience within a residential childcare setting
- Full UK manual driving licence
