Your responsibilities as Registered Manager at Compass:

  • Lead and develop a residential team to deliver consistent, high-quality care
  • Create a safe, structured and nurturing environment for young people
  • Maintain safeguarding standards and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections with confidence
  • Drive positive outcomes in education, behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Build a culture that supports stability and long-term progress

What we’re looking for in a Registered Manager:

  • Previous experience within residential childcare settings
  • Experience supervising or managing care teams
  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
  • Proven track record of achieving strong Ofsted outcomes

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
