Your responsibilities as Registered Manager at Compass:

- Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections with confidence
- Drive positive outcomes in education, behaviour and emotional wellbeing

What we’re looking for in a Registered Manager:
- Previous experience within residential childcare settings
- Experience supervising or managing care teams
- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- Proven track record of achieving strong Ofsted outcomes
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
