Your responsibilities as Residential Development Manager at Compass Children’s Homes:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of new homes from development through to successful opening
  • Oversee property setup including redesign, build and fit-out against key milestones
  • Manage the full registration process with the relevant regulatory body
  • Run each home operationally post-opening to establish high standards and stability
  • Ensure delivery of safe, structured and child-centred care aligned to policies
  • Recruit, induct and transition a permanent manager and team before moving to the next project

What we’re looking for in a Residential Development Manager:

  • Level 5 qualification in Residential Leadership (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience operating as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
  • Strong track record of achieving positive regulatory outcomes
  • Experience leading new services, improvements or operational change
