Compass Community is hosting a Children's Residential Recruitment Event in Thetford, and we're looking to meet passionate, resilient and caring individuals who are interested in joining our Residential Care teams. You may already work in care, education, youth work, hospitality, customer service, the armed forces, emergency services, or another people-focused profession. If you have the right values and a desire to support children to achieve their potential, we'd love to meet you.

Minimum Requirements
- Be 22 years of age or over
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be able to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins
