Use life skills to make a huge difference in a child’s life, create positive relationships, meet their needs, and always safeguard them. As a leader, supervise staff, lead shifts, create rota schedules, conduct staff meetings, ensure placement plans and education are supported, and maintain policy, procedure and risk assessment compliance. Ensure the welfare and care of each child, and provide guidance to and support the wider staff team.

What work for Compass?
