Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group therapy using the New Ways therapeutic programme.
- Conduct psychometric tests, self‑report measures, rating scales and structured observations.
- Facilitate semi‑structured interviews with service users.
- Provide training packages to residential staff to support therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate with psychologists, clinicians, and group‑work specialists.
Qualifications:
- Recognised Masters in Psychology.
- Fluency in spoken English.
- Full driving licence.
Preferred Experience:
- Therapeutic work with children.
- Group work with young people.
- Experience with trauma‑focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF‑CBT).
