Your responsibilities as Deputy Manager at Compass:

What we’re looking for in a Deputy Manager:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Previous experience within a residential childcare setting
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and care planning
  • Ability to support and guide a team within a residential setting
