Compass Children's Homes is seeking dedicated Residential/Youth Workers to join our team in providing compassionate care within a dedicated children’s home. You will support children and young people, help with activities and education, and uphold safeguarding at all times.
We welcome applicants with or without prior experience and provide a comprehensive induction, ongoing training and supportive supervision. A driving licence is required, and Ofsted regulations guide eligibility.
