Compass is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager for our Derby service to lead clinical quality, governance and supervision across MHSTs supporting children, young people and families.

You will mentor practitioners, manage risk and drive continuous improvement with a values-led approach.

You will collaborate with the Service Manager to develop the workforce, including trainees and supervisors, and contribute to audits and service development to ensure safe, effective and outcomes-focused care.
